We believe that lasting weight loss is not about willpower, restriction, or expensive shortcuts. It is about understanding your body, addressing the real reasons weight has been difficult to manage, and building a life that makes healthy choices the natural ones.
Weight gain is rarely about a lack of effort. Hormonal imbalances, metabolic adaptation, stress, sleep disruption, emotional eating patterns, and the addictive design of ultra-processed foods all play a role. We take the time to understand what has made weight management difficult for you specifically — and we address those underlying factors, not just the number on the scale.
Medication is a powerful tool, but it is not a permanent solution on its own. From your very first consultation, we work alongside the clinical treatment to help you build the habits, mindset, and practical skills that will sustain your results for life — so that when the time comes to reduce or stop medication, the changes you have made are already embedded.
We do not promise dramatic transformations in unrealistic timeframes. We set honest, evidence-based expectations — typically 15–25% body weight reduction over the course of treatment — and we focus on the quality of your results: improved health markers, better energy, reduced joint pain, and a healthier relationship with food, not just a lower number on the scales.
We believe you should understand exactly what is happening in your body, why the medication works, and what you can do to maximise your results. Our educational resources, consultation time, and open communication are all designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to take ownership of your health — not to create dependency on us.
Good healthcare should not be a privilege reserved for those who can afford premium prices. We have structured our pricing to be as accessible as possible to anyone who meets the clinical criteria — not just those with disposable income. We do not use introductory offers that quietly double after the first month, and we do not charge hidden fees for consultations, dose reviews, or support calls.
You will always know exactly what you are paying, what is included, and what to expect at every stage. Our pricing page shows the full cost with no asterisks. If something is not working, we tell you honestly. If a patient is not clinically suitable, we say so clearly rather than taking their money. We hold ourselves accountable to the same standards we ask of our patients.
These are not marketing promises. They are the standards we hold ourselves to every day.

Clinically
Supervised
Treatment
LSJ Rejuvenate is a clinically supervised weight management service led by a Nurse Consultant Prescriber. Following a thorough face-to-face clinical assessment, where clinically appropriate, a personalised treatment plan is prescribed and managed safely throughout your journey.
Every patient receives a thorough face-to-face clinical assessment before any treatment is considered. Your safety and suitability are always the priority.
Where clinically appropriate, a tailored treatment plan is prescribed and managed by your Nurse Consultant Prescriber, with ongoing monitoring and dose reviews.
Evidence-based behavioural modification coaching runs alongside your clinical treatment to build the lasting habits that sustain your results long-term.
GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonists are a class of prescription medicines used in the clinically supervised management of obesity and excess weight. They work by mimicking a hormone your body naturally produces after eating, helping to regulate appetite, slow gastric emptying, and improve blood sugar control. All medications are prescribed only where clinically appropriate, following a thorough face-to-face assessment.
GLP-1 Option A
Semaglutide
Once-weekly subcutaneous injection

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that acts on receptors in the brain to reduce appetite and increase feelings of fullness. It is administered as a once-weekly self-injection using a pre-filled pen device. Doses are titrated gradually over several weeks to minimise side effects and optimise tolerability.
GLP-1 Option B
Tirzepatide
Once-weekly subcutaneous injection

Tirzepatide is a dual GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and GLP-1 receptor agonist. By activating both receptors, it offers a complementary mechanism for appetite regulation and metabolic improvement. Like semaglutide, it is given as a once-weekly injection and is titrated gradually under clinical supervision.
Key differences between the two GLP-1 treatment options
| Feature | GLP-1 Option ASemaglutide | GLP-1 Option BTirzepatide |
|---|---|---|
| Drug class | GLP-1 receptor agonist | Dual GIP & GLP-1 receptor agonist |
| Receptor targets | GLP-1 receptor only | GLP-1 receptor + GIP receptor |
| Administration | Once-weekly subcutaneous injection | Once-weekly subcutaneous injection |
| Starting dose | Low dose, titrated over weeks | Low dose, titrated over weeks |
| Primary mechanism | Reduces appetite & slows gastric emptying | Reduces appetite, slows gastric emptying & improves fat metabolism |
| Metabolic effects | Blood sugar regulation via GLP-1 | Enhanced insulin sensitivity via dual pathway |
| Common side effects | Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation | Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation |
| Suitable for | Adults with BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with weight-related condition | Adults with BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with weight-related condition |
| Prescription required | Yes — following clinical assessment | Yes — following clinical assessment |
Key differentiator: Tirzepatide activates both the GLP-1 and GIP receptors, providing two complementary pathways for appetite regulation and metabolic improvement. Semaglutide targets the GLP-1 receptor only. Your Nurse Consultant Prescriber will recommend the most clinically appropriate option following your face-to-face assessment.
Not sure which option is right for you? Our Nurse Consultant Prescriber will guide you through the best choice for your health goals.
Discuss Your OptionsPrescription-Only Medicines
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription-only medicines (POMs) in the United Kingdom. They are not available over the counter and must only be prescribed by a qualified prescriber following a clinical assessment confirming suitability. LSJ Rejuvenate does not prescribe medication without a thorough face-to-face consultation. Individual results vary. These medicines are not suitable for everyone — your Nurse Consultant Prescriber will discuss all options, risks, and benefits with you before any prescription is issued.
We don't just prescribe — we partner with you. LSJ Rejuvenate combines clinically supervised treatment with evidence-based behavioural modification methods, because sustainable weight loss requires both the clinical tools and the mindset shift. Our focus is long-term health, not the quick fix.
