LSJ Rejuvenate ("we", "us", "our") is a clinically led weight management service operated by a qualified Nurse Consultant Prescriber. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and users of our website at lsjrejuvenate.manus.space and any associated services.

LSJ Rejuvenate provides:

• Clinically supervised weight management consultations
• Suitability assessments for medically supervised weight loss programmes
• Prescription of clinically appropriate weight management medications where suitable, following a thorough face-to-face consultation
• Ongoing monitoring, support, and follow-up care
• Educational resources and lifestyle guidance

We do not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.

To use our clinical services, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Provide accurate and complete information during your consultation and suitability assessment
• Not be pregnant or breastfeeding (unless otherwise agreed with your Nurse Consultant Prescriber)

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual where we determine it would not be clinically appropriate or safe to do so.

All clinical decisions, including the prescribing of any medication, are made solely by our qualified Nurse Consultant Prescriber following a thorough face-to-face consultation. No prescription will be issued without a clinical assessment confirming suitability.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information. Withholding or misrepresenting your medical history may result in clinical harm and may invalidate your treatment agreement.

Our service does not replace your GP or primary care provider. We strongly recommend informing your GP that you are undertaking a medically supervised weight management programme.

Consultation fees and programme costs are displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in advance of your consultation.

Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee.

Medication costs: The cost of prescribed medication is separate from consultation fees and is payable to the dispensing pharmacy. LSJ Rejuvenate does not profit from medication sales.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

All content on this website — including text, images, diagrams, logos, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of LSJ Rejuvenate or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSJ Rejuvenate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for any user who breaches these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
